Jackson Hospital Announces Employees of the Month

January  13, 2022, Marianna, FL –  Jackson Hospital congratulates Martha Parramore, CNA, with the Maternal Care Department,  who was named November 2021 Employee of the Month and also, Monroe Rhynes, Director of Environmental Services, chosen as December 2021 Employee of the Month.   

In lieu of an award luncheon during the time of COVID-19, Jackson Hospital’s Employee Leadership Council presented Ms. Parramore and Mr. Rhynes with the award and an award luncheon will be held at a later date. Hospital CEO, Brooke Donaldson, expressed thanks on behalf of the Board of Trustees, Administration, and Employees, indicating the number of great things employees achieved during the month. 

Ms. Parramore, November Employee of the Month, was nominated for being attentive, caring and available to all of her patients.  The patient who nominated Martha stated, “I enjoyed so much our conversations and it helped to take my mind off of the uncomfortable situation I was in.”  Ms. Parramore exhibits the most comforting and genuine characteristics that all of her patients appreciate.  “She provides the care that we strive each and everyday to give to all of our patients,” commented Mrs. Donaldson, CEO.

Mr. Rhynes, December 2021 Employee of the Month, works tirelessly with his department each and everyday to keep all areas of the hospital clean and sanitized.  He also keeps our facility safe by working directly with our security guards to provide protection to our staff, patients and visitors.  “Mr.Rhynes is always available to assist anyone in any department.  He is a true team player and we at Jackson Hospital are so fortunate to have him on our team,”  stated Mrs. Donaldson, CEO.

Jackson Hospital’s customer service ideals are outlined in its program called “Give ‘em the Pickle.”  The Hospital’s customized program with video titled “What’s your Pickle?” with Bob Farrell, is produced by Media Partners™.

Patients, visitors, and colleagues submit nominations of staff from whom they received superior customer service.  Each month a “Pickle” luncheon is held to recognize the top nominees.
